Dear Clients,

I mentioned in the June Newsletter that CRI-SIL was in the process of
launching some exciting new product lines. This month, we're proud
to showcase a new line of organic peroxides designed to offer the
compounder a one-stop-shop for high quality catalysts. The products
listed below were carefully selected and developed to ensure materials were
cost-effective and batch-to-batch uniformity was second to none.
If you compound any of your own materials, I invite you to try one of
these products. Please give me a call or go to our website to
request a quote or sample. Thank you in advance for giving CRI-SIL the
opportunity to service your needs. I look forward to hearing from you!

Datasheet |
|
TMCH (CT017) is a colorless, mobile liquid, consisting technically pure
1,1-bis(tert.butylperoxy)-3,3,5-trimethylcycohexane peroxide.
This cyclo-aliphatic perketal is used as an initiator
(radical source) for the polymerization of monomers (e.g.
styrene) as well as in the curing of unsaturated polyester
resins and the crosslinking of polymers |
CT0017 (TMCH) |
| |
|
DIPP Pure (CT0057) is a free-flowing granules consisting of approx.
98% 1,3-Di(2-tert.butylperoxy isopropyl benzene peroxide.
This diaralky peroxide is used as an initiator (radical
source) in the cross-linking of rubber at or about 170’C. |
CT0057
(DIPP Pure) |
| |
|
DIPP-40KE (CT0056)
is a white pellet consisting of approx. 40%
1,3-Di(2-tert.butylperoxy isopropyl benzene peroxide,
desensitized with calcium carbonate.
This diaralky peroxide is used as an initiator (radical
source) in the cross-linking of rubber at or about 170’C. |
CT0056
(DIPP-40KE) |
|
DHBP (CT0028)
is a colorless, mobile liquid, consisting
technically pure 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di(tert butylperoxy) hexane
peroxide. This bifunctional dialky peroxide is used as an
initiator (radical source) in the cross-linking of rubber at or
about 170’C. |
CT0028 (DHBP) |
| |
|
DHBP-45-PSI (CT0053)
is a white paste consisting of approx. 45%
2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di(tert butylperoxy) hexane peroxide,
desensitized silicone oil.
This bifunctional dialky peroxide is used as an initiator
(radical source) in the cross-linking of rubber at or about
170’C. |
CT0053 (DHBP-45-PSI) |
| |
|
DHBP-45-IC2 (CT0059)
is a white powder consisting of approx. 45%
2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di(tert butylperoxy) hexane peroxide,
desensitized with calcium carbonate.
This bifunctional dialky peroxide is used as an initiator
(radical source) in the cross-linking of rubber at or about
170’C. |
CT0059 (DHBP-45-IC2) |
| |
|
DCUP Pure (CT0058)
is a free-flowing granules consisting of approx.
40% dicumyl peroxide, desensitized with calcium carbonate.
This diaralky peroxide is used as an initiator (radical
source) in the cross-linking of polymers and for curing of
unsaturated polyester resins. |
CT0058 (DCUP Pure) |
| |
|
DCUP-40C (CT0055)
is a white pellet consisting of approx. 40%
dicumyl peroxide, desensitized with calcium carbonate.
This diaralky peroxide is used as an initiator (radical
source) in the cross-linking of polymers and for curing of
unsaturated polyester resins. |
CT0055 (DCUP-40C) |
| |
|
DCLBP-50-PSI (CT0027)
is a white, stiff paste consisting of approx. 50%
Di(2,4-dichlorobenzol) peroxide, desensitized with silicone oil.
This halogenated kiaroyl peroxide is used as a source of
radicals in the crosslinking of polymers above 100’C, primarily
silicone rubber. |
CT0027 (DCLBP-50-PSI) |
| |
|
DIPP-40C (CT0054)
is a white pellet consisting of approx. 40%
1,3-Di(2-tert.butylperoxy isopropyl benzene peroxide,
desensitized with calcium carbonate.
This diaralky peroxide is used as an initiator (radical
source) in the cross-linking of rubber at or about 170’C. |
