Our silicone compounds have been designed for several applications that serve the transportation industry. This include, but are not limited to, the aerospace industry (commercial and military jet starter hose) and the rail industry (thermally conductive jacketing for flexible third rail heating cable).

CST3269T-GRA

Product Series: Thermally Conductive – Rail

Description: A nominal 70 durometer thermally conductive extrusion grade, designed for excellent thermal dissipation.

CST2250A/B

Product Series: Low Smoke and Flame Resistant – Rail

Description: A 2-Part, Addition Cure, nominal 70 durometer electrically conductive extrusion grade, designed for applications requiring low smoke and flame retardancy.

CS5500B-RED

Product Series: Commercial Jet Starter Hose – Aerospace

Description: A nominal 50 durometer 500’F rated silicone calendering molding compound designed to offer heat resistance and some abrasion resistance for most jet starter hose designs.

CST1641T-RED

Product Series: Military Jet Starter Hose – Aerospace/Military

Description: A 36-43 durometer 600’F rated silicone calendering and molding compound designed to offer extreme heat resistance and some abrasion resistance for most military jet starter hose designs.
