Need to Return a Product?
To return a product to CRI-SIL Silicone Technologies, LLC, you will need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our service department at support@crisil-silicones.com or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

To request an RMA:

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Your Original Purchase Order (if applicable)
- Product Number
- Lot Number
- Nature of the problem

In general, CRI-SIL Silicone Technologies, LLC accepts returns on material from customers within 30 days. However, we reserve the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward one of the following:

- Future product purchases
- Full cash refund
