Shipping Policy
We use the following shipping methods:
- Your specified freight carrier – This is the standard method. Please ensure your specified freight carrier is on your purchase order.
- Our specified freight carrier – Non-Standard method for shipping product from our location. Additionally, RMA’s will only be accepted via this method.
- UPS, FED-EX, DHL
* Unless previous agreement has been made, it is the customers responsibility to pay for all shipping charges. Our policy is F.O.B. Biddeford, ME

Need to Return a Product?
To return a product to CRI-SIL Silicone Technologies, LLC, you will need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our service department at support@crisil-silicones.com or by telephone.
* No returns of any type will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

In general, CRI-SIL Silicone Technologies, LLC accepts returns on material from customers within 30 days. However, we reserve the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward one of the following:
