I am very proud of our company and all the members of our CRI-SIL team whose sole purpose is to satisfy our customers 100% of the time. We do that by providing fairly priced, on time, quality silicone materials. As President and CEO, my vision has always been to insure that our customers know that they our “lifeblood” and we will go to any extent to see that they are completely satisfied with our products, service, and technological expertise.

As part of our overall commitment to our customers and the industry we serve, CRI-SIL became an ISO 9001 organization in 1995 and upgraded to the new ISO 9001:2000 standard in 2002. Since then we have taken it another step forward by incorporated ISO into our “Business Operating System” (BOS). This synergy has created a dynamic, intrinsic force that insures “Continuous Improvement” is always in action. With our state of the art operation we are capable of providing fabricators with Silicone and Fluorosilicone bases and compounds, to include Liquid Silicone Rubber, all of which can be customized to offer a simple, convenient, cost efficient ready to use package of material.
